Let’s talk CSR!

Clotilde Vincent, LFB’s Director of Sustainable Development and CSR, was hosted by Laurent Labbé, Director of ChooseMyCompany, to take part in a new episode of “Choose Social TV.”

In this interview, Clotilde talks about her career path and ambitions, and also presents LFB’s CSR strategy, which is an integral part of the company’s major strategic projects.
Ultimately, this strategy represents the practical implementation of our Purpose: LFB, committed expertise in the service of life.

“These are genuine convictions, rooted in the sound foundations of CSR. It’s the course of history. […] It is absolutely not a passing trend or regulatory pressure that led LFB to launch this strategy and to remain committed to it.”
The social dimension, represented by the “S” in CSR, is highlighted in this video by Clotilde, who emphasizes the strong commitment of employees to the company’s sustainable transformation and presents several key HR initiatives, including:

✅ Our Culture program, which promotes collaboration and solidarity among teams in support of our mission.
✅ Individual Development Plans, already implemented in France, to be rolled out worldwide for 100% of employees by 2030, highlighting the importance placed on expertise.
✅ Our HR policy supporting the recruitment of apprentices and interns, offering more than 200 opportunities each year to students, along with dedicated support throughout their experience at LFB.
